Our client had been granting planning permission from East Hants District Council for a two storey extension for his home in Bordon. As builders local to Bordon we were only too happy to help!
The property is a semi-detached house from the 1960s that has two bedrooms. Francois planned to extend the kitchen by utilising the existing kitchen space. This would involve adding supporting steel to the extension to create an open and well-lit kitchen area. Additionally, an office space and a downstairs bathroom were also added.
Upstairs, we created a spacious master bedroom with an attached en suite, making this a great family home.
